I spent forever with my accountant relative trying to figure out why I was being charged as many taxes as I was. Also the system should have told me at the START that I needed my 2021 tax returns to verify my identity! Everything was overly complicated and ended up taking way longer than it all needed to. Probably not gonna come back next year and will file my taxes by hand.
