Rated 2 out of 5 by from Confusing, not confident in results I don't think our taxes are particularly complicate - certainly not more so than in previous years - but I spent a lot more time this year than I have in the past and I really don't understand where TurboTax is getting some of the numbers it's reporting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best tax prep Before I started using turbotax, I used a CPA, and I would have to transmit all of my income and deductions information to him. With turbotax, I just log into my bank and investment accounts, and sign into my corporate ID and the system pulls everything in for me and pre-fills the information. The whole thing took me 2 hours. If I had used a service it would have cost twice as much and taken up twice my time! I hate taxes but turbotax makes it as simple as possible.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Had to pay 2 times for the product Bought intuit deluxe at Costco, downloaded the product. Product didn't record on my laptop. proceeded to try to download again or continued with loaded product wasn't allowed. Had to start again so double paid.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax got it done Although sometimes a bit mysterious about where stuff is and how to be sure certain info is gathered and applied, Turbo Tax eventually asked all the right questions and used my records to create an accurate picture of my Federal and State tax situation. This product seems expensive. I saved a bit by being a Whosale Club Member when filing my state online.
