Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbo tax premium At first i had or still have a big problem. i downloaded Deluxe I completed my taxes and my transmission was accepted and I received my full refund. I was unable to save my tax return to a pdf file. I lost my return and have no record of it. I needed to file my sons return so i was afraid upgrade deluxe to premium, due to the issue i had with deluxe, i bought premium because my son had rental property and sold his condo in 2020. I could not load premium, until I completely deleted deluxe, after removing deluxe premium work just fine. I have two issues : ! deluxe was defective and i would like a full refund and 2.I need my 2020 income tax file for my records. hopefully you can help me with both. Have used turbo tax for almost twenty years and have never had a problem. i hope you consider my loyalty to your product and issue me a full refund for the defective deluxe. i tried getting help i sent a email to Inuit explaining my issue and got no return

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don't be intimidatto do this yourself! It's very easy to walk through and there are explanations for every question asked. My return was about as simple and basic as it could be. It's great for individuals who don't own homes and are single without kids. Save yourself some money and do the free edition. You can input everything without submitting if you just want to try it out. You've got nothing to lose. It's very fast too.
