Rated 1 out of 5 by from Check the software carefully!! I dont trust the software. It gave me a refund. It did not look correct. I redid it twice. We shall see what the feds and the state do with it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent menu driven product. Excellent. menu driven product. It handle the norm exceptionally well, but I've experienced hiccups in the past and had to dig through forms to brute force a data field to be populated correctly, but that was a very unusual case.

Found in most cases that the Turbo tax explanations clarified things. There were some that used wording I was not familiar with so I had to dig a littlemore to understand or contact a friend or family member to help explain.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sticking with it I enjoy using turbo tax. There are times when I click "review" and go through the process and still have "needs review" in the same section. That's more of annoyance than anything. I do enjoy my information from previous years is stored and I can choose to continue or delete with whatever is in question. I also like I can talk to a CPA whenever I'd like. It's convenient and I can file from my bed. It stinks every year it gets more and more expensive... But, they charge these prices because people pay...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Got some confusion re deceased filers For a deceased taxpayer, I got to the e-file part. It asked me for IDs and bank accounts. I ASSUMED it was asking for the decedent's IDs (e.g., drivers lic) and not the person listed on the Form 1310.
