Well the customer service care from the tax pre preparator Ms. April to the main tax slayer expert Elizabeth was overwhelmingly a smooth process. The guided properly they were very patient in the uploading process; they covered every single question I had and some would HIGHLY RECOMMEND TURBO TAX FULL SERVICE.

Did have a few issues with forms not being ready, and the 1099-NEC replacing the 1099-MISC created some issues but I was able to finally work thru them. HOWEVER, when I completed my return and got ready to print a pdf, a box appeared informing me that unless I upgrade my OS I would be unable to use TurboTax on my computer. Unfortunately, it is one year too old to be able to upgrade to the latest OS. It would have been helpful if the software made suggestions about alternatives!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from was great it's went great , had a great person helping us , but we are to get half price on our 249 and it was wrote that it was already included and that code was not needed , i,m waiting to see if it gets added when i am done but if not I,m sure they will have a great excuse for them lol.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Awesome! For as long as ive been filling out Tax Returns ive used Turbo Tax. (~25yrs) There were several years when I wasnt required to file. Also there were times that I used another service, HR BLOCK. If i were able to do it all over i wouldve only used TT.
