Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Deluxe is the best TT assistant yet. I almost didn't use you for my 2020 submittal. I purchased and employed the next higher grade TT product in 2019, and ended up getting a penalty from the IRS because it said I was late in submitting it. TT said it was accepted by the IRS after I did my electronic e-file, but the its said they didn't get it. That cost me a little less than $400 in additional penalties, because I ended up being late by the time we got it sorted out. I think you should make it abundantly clear that when it is electronically sent off to the IRS, and they get it, that does not mean they have accepted it. It just means they have received it. If this happens again I will not be using Intuit products anymore.
