Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Tax Return Filing I did not need live expert but a lot of information was explained via links during tax preparation that I found helpful. It seems using TurboTax was a little easier this year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quick and easy I was at first dismayed when I began preparing my return online and the recommended package was over $100. Then I checked back and found I had paid in November for the download version. During my preparation I was given the opportunity to upgrade, but I knew from past experience that was unnecessary so I continued with version I started with. Once I got over the initial hurdle, the job was simple, as it has been in the past. So I have no complaint with the product, only with the attempt to sell me a more expensive version than I need.

I had a slightly more complex tax situation than I have in year's past, and I feel a lot of reassurance that my taxes were done correctly since a tax professional did my taxes. I also love the convenience as I was able to get that help while sitting at home on a Sunday morning with only about a 2 min wait time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is very stressful without Live help TurboTax is very challenging. The schedule C, Cost of Goods Sold, was hidden when it should be prominent. Without the help of the Live rep, I'm not sure I could have found it. And is a very important section for a retail trade business.
