Rated 5 out of 5 by from live chat through out the process The live Chat format and cross checking calculations gives me confidence that my return will be accepted without error or delay in processing. The other feature of being able to file Federal & State returns together cuts down on the chance of errors. Great service has been provided each of the last 9 years knowing that my information is secure. Graet Job~ thank you

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax I Trust I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and find it to be completely reliable. I love the way it guides you through each area of your taxes with simple questions. I did not have a problem doing my taxes. I had a problem paying for e-filing my state taxes. Turbo Tax's expert solved my problem. I regret that I did not note her name.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Turbo Tax I've used in 25 years The absolute worst program I've purchased in my 25 years of doing Taxes myself. The best part of the old programs was being able to see the actual forms. Turbo Tax eliminated that ability. I will not be using there product again

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is awsome. I have been using TurboTax for many years. You bring in old taxes, bring in new rules and make it easy for me to do do my taxes every year. You have saved me a whole lot of time over the years and I have no doubt of your validity.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax, good but could use some tweeking Turbo Tax needs to have a little more directive when having errors. It kept saying a field 'needs to be blank' and when I erased the amount in the field it said error again 'needs to be blank' with no direction. Also, the mortgage area kept telling me I was over $10k for deductions when I was no where close to $10k, but would not let me continue. This is the first year of using Turbo Tax so I guess I need to get used to the little nuances and quirks, and I will know what they are asking for next year. Little pop up boxes for each line would be helpful, especially when it says enter a number if you are taking the standard deduction and I am not taking the standard deduction...so what do I do then? It didn't say.

However, my second call resulted in making contact with Josh E. who was extremely helpful. He understood the problem and spent a lot of time trying to figure out why the Turbo Tax software was creating my problem. He was eventually able to resolve the problem
