BEEN USING TURBO TAX SINCE 1995Too much information has to be re-entered. After a Win10 update, T-Tax had to rebuild the returns & dose not know that we've already filed.

Turbo Tax raised their ratesI remember when Turbo Tax gave me access to a tax pro for free. Not so much in a covid year where money is tight I am glad they decided to raise their rates. I also logged in with my Robinhood account which was supposed to give me 20 dollars off but of course it did not so no surprise there. Probably won't use again next year if they keep raising the rates.
