Rated 1 out of 5 by from What happened???!! I always used Turbo Tax in the past. I thought I filed and did everything I always do. I even got a 'received' confirmation email. Apparently not! How embarrassing! There were a bunch more steps just to complete filing that was not there when I thought I filed and received an email back in Feb....but no money. I HATE TAXES!!!!!

Turbo tax is just great-i didn't use any of the extra live help but for what I filed all the steps was very simple to use for a single filer as it guides & prompts me thru all my needs & gives you plenty of reminders of double checking any & all info. Takes me a while to complete because I like to do my own initiated triple check lol. This is my 6th year using Turbo Tax & I find no reason to use anything else.
