Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn't come close to Turbo Tax personal This is in regard to Creating 1041 Returns First the 1041 forms and process are not in the Turbo Tax personal versions, so I purchased the Turbo Tax business only to find a very rough tool 1) Step by Step is rudimentary and misses key options such as keeping straight 100 percent withdrawal vs partial withdrawal (percentage). 2) If you go back and to change a number then the rest of the numbers don't update. For example I accidently used the total for short and long term capital gains instead of just long term I then had to go manually find all the places were that number was used and change it. 3) No automatic download of tax documents. Turbo Tax, Quicken, mint have had capabilities in this area for literally decades. 4) Documents missed in the review which were required for electronic filing. 5) Didn't include my state returns. I'm willing to pay for the capability but it wasn't even an option.
