Rated 2 out of 5 by from Never smooth experience I have used Turbo Tax for years. Not because I like it but I haven't found a better alternative. There is always a bug and good luck getting meaningful support. This year's was TT's insistence that I defer some self-employment tax. Wish I could recover the time wasted on that.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Product - Been using for 13 years Most years I have no trouble with Turbo Tax software. This is the first year I experienced two glitches in Turbo Tax program. On my return I had to resubmit my NYS return but nothing was wrong with it. On my son's return they said there was a problem with his social security taken out of his check but it was correct. I will still continue to purchase this product.
