I love how its set up and moves you along in a positive, easy-to-understand way. The people available to live chat are so helpful. Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbotax keeps making mistakes Several times I have followed the exact same process to file my taxes and now for the second time in a few years I had been told by the government that my taxes were done wrong, then I suddenly owed more money. TurboTax needs to be better and get it right the first time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from decent service Overall the service is well put together. My only issue is that the wording in some windows is a bit confusing to me not being a tax expert. Would be helpful if the wording wasn't as lawyerish and was written more for the lay person.
