I was able to find information I needed when I didn't understand what was being asked. It gave me moments of triumph when I successfully finished a portion. Uploading my information saved me some typing time. I will never waste money on an tax person ever again!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Confusing and not always automatic. OK product. Like that it saves previous year. Some areas don't automatically prompt you to review. You have to be careful, or you might skip over some areas that give you credit. Confusing how it prompts you to fill in areas it deems as an error, yet they should have requested the information earlier. Confusing this year compared to the past several years. It seems like it is getting worse.
