Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax returning user I used TurboTax years ago, but switched to TaxAct on the recommendation of a friend, and used it for years. Now, I'm back to TurboTax, at the recommendation of family, and find it a little easier to use. What I don't like is that I had to pay extra for the Premium because I had to show my meager stocks. I had to pay an extra $89 to show I lost $113. Now I'm out $202. My total fee to use TurboTax was $182, but with a $15 discount from my credit union I paid $167. $202+$167=$369 on total losses. It's not much to some, but it it is to me, and more than my entire State return by week's worth of groceries. I understand the risk I take with stocks, but I shouldn't have to pay $89 for 2-3 "pages" of the program. Half that is more reasonable.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from There was an annoying bug there was a bug, reporting an error on form 8812, related to Child support, where we did not specify dependent children. It wook me two hours to find the relevant information. It was reported by several users as a bug. The online chat support was a completely useless waste of time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from does not support cryptocurrency transactions This version does not support importing a coinbase generated csv file for cryptocurrency transactions. I spent an hour with a representative and they were not able to come up with a solution.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as good as it used to be Each year the program seems to be declining. This year I had to keep activating the program with my purchase code. Also, I had to wait, again, for one of the modules to be install before I could finish my taxes.
