The fact that I was able to speak to a live person whenever I had questions made it a way less daunting task. Everyone I spoke to was personable and able to answer all of my questions no matter how confusing I may have phrased the inquisition. Thank you Turbo Tax people!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is GREAT I LOVE that Turbo tax is making it filing to be more easier. However, I did notice that the fees have increased, so that is the only downfall. Fees always increase so there is not much you can do. Either way, Turbo tax is great and cheaper than H&R Block. I was one of their loyal customers until a friend told me about using Turbo Tax. This is my 3rd time filing with their services. All other times was with H&R Block (but it's so expensive).

I truly appreciate the dedication of this website.
