Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax has a defect for Baltimore City returns TurboTax refuses to file unless the Maryland jurisdiction is checked. However, Maryland's instructions are to check one of the counties EXCEPT for Baltimore City residents who are to leave that field blank. TurboTax regards that blank field as an error, and refuses to file.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I was disappointed in the "experts" ability I realize that the Cares act is new. I really needed answers about the money I paid out in taxes from my retirement disbursement.. I had the option to have the company withhold the taxes due and chose this option. With the cares act I might have been able to recoup some of the taxes made but the expert had no answers at all.
