TurboTax is okI've used TurboTax for years, but the cost is going up and the ease of use is going down. It's still better than paying someone to do your taxes, but the cost of Turbo Tax keeps going up and is right at the brink of not being cost effective

Best part of doing taxes is TurboTax!I have used a numerous CPA's in the past and the prices just got to high for the service they were providing. Then went to H&R Block and did not have a great experience.

Turbo tax creates errorsTurbo Tax creates errors and you can't file till you fix them, but there is no information on how to fix the errors. Also I hate that they want to charge you extra to efile state taxes. They are forever trying to get more fees from you.
