I was able to work with both tax experts and felt comfortable sharing my situation with everyone involved. Jeffery and Scholastica were very helpful with preparing my taxes and making sure I got a refund. Only downside is that I thought I qualified for the 0 dollar taxes but ended up paying more than expected but I am happy to pay because last year I did my taxes on my own and I messed up so knowing that they reviewed and prepared my taxes made me feel more secure.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX IS A CHALLENGE FOR SENIORS Since I could not open the turbo tax disc purchased at office max, as I have been able to for the past 9 years, I had to do the return online. It seemed much more difficult and complicated than in previous years. (I used to do taxes for H&R Block so I have had a lot of tax prep experience.
