Ran into trouble when my son was doing his taxes, figured they might have fixed it, but NO......It takes MORE THAN MINUTES to generate the completed tax form...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Somewhat convenient I've used Turbo Tax previously. This year was more complicated. Trying to figure out best way to get the most out of my taxes. I had a family member send me a discount, but the application did not use it. Disappointing. And then they hit you with all these fees. This should be disclosed to individuals beforehand.
