Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was partly awesome with too much very fr Initial attempt to file online was met with a multiple page disclaimer regarding privacy and to whom TT may give my data, pages which scrolled poorly. Switching to a downloaded Online version had a frightening disclaimer regarding to whom they may give my data. EVENTUALLY I was able to operate the downloaded version which found some interesting benefit for me but did not disclose what they were and finally would not e-file without multiple attempts to discover just was was wrong. eg: I was to go to MENU which did not exist!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I've relied upon this program for years. But E-File simply will not work for me. I've gotten the same error about AGI not matching what the IRS has. I got a transcript to see what the IRS has, and it WAS dofferent from what is stored in Turbo Tax 2020. I changed the AGI to what the IRS transcript has for E-File for the 10th time. And it will not go. I'm extremely incensed that the instructions say you can choose a 5 digit PIN, but then get the message that "the AGI or PIN do not match." This is ludicrous. How can two totally different elements be a rejection problem and I have to figure out which? NEVER going through this again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great self-employment tax filing system Using turbo tax for self-employment was easier than I thought since this is the first year I am filing tax returns with self-employment income. I'm glad turbotax had this system because it is complicated to file self-employment taxes the first time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax stinks and makes errors Federal tax e-file was rejected. Says the AGI turbo tax computed last year doesn't match IRS records! Also, Turbotax did not allow a credit on Virginia Taxes for taxes paid to another state (never "asked the question" despite the fact that there were W-2s from multiple states entered. I had to go into "forms" view and create the proper virginia form myself. Turbotax almost cost me $1000 by making that error.
