Downloading updates was impossible and the only solution was to uninstall and reinstall; REPEATEDLY. Have always recommended TT but now having doubts. Also, using the web site was difficult so I purchased from another vendor.

It did take quite a bit of time (at least for me at 97) but it was like being face to face with a tax expert. And you did all the math!
