Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice to have help when overwhelmed Taxes aren't my thing, and our CPA was charging too much this year for me to file for us. So I went looking for something else and was going to file myself with Turbo Tax, but I quickly got overwhelmed. Then I found out about Live, and what a relief! Melissa was awesome! Nice to know this service exists.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works good The federal and state were quite easy to do. The only problem if you mail in your state(mine in particular) there is not a lot of information. I had to go to the state website to get clarification on what forms to send in. It gave generic info, I was missing the instruction page after my state return which I had 1-5 but 6 gave the specific items needed to mail in.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from it was okay Okay part of my issue is my fault. When they asked if I received my 1095 C form I clicked yes and boy 3 hours later with help of their support ( which was very helpful) I was able to figure it out
