Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax 2020 Review TurboTax is easy to navigate. Some forms such as stocks and dividends do not populate easily or have to be manually entered. I have hundreds of stocks in Robinhood for example and it would not pull most of the information in automatically once I signed into the account.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was very helpful this year I need some guidance on completing F1116 and FSI -> Actually how to access them in the software, it was difficult at first and difficult to get a little help but once I got an agent on Chat it went well I learned some new thing on printing forms etc. this year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Does not handle many issues, including NOL Does not handle NOL. Therefore I had to file my federal taxes by mail. Since I could not file my file taxes by mail, I could not file my state taxes by electronically. New York requires you to file electronically if you use software to prepare your taxes. I had to call Turbotax multiple times regarding the NOL and not being able to file electronically. Most of the time I got help to solve the problem; however I heard one lady who did not hang up the phone and was a lawyer called me a "Horrible Person". She closed the case; I called back and the next person helped me.
