Rated 4 out of 5 by from Longtime Customer I find the online tax service to be too expensive. it's twice as much as computer tax program software that I have used for years, I will not use this service next year it much more expensive and I get to use fewer schedules/

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great tax tool with a few minor recommendations This tool walked me through the tax prep process step by step with good info in the side notes. The only issue I had was with my non-resident state income tax forms. Unlike other tax software, Turbo Tax did not lead me into paying thousands of dollars in taxes to states where I earn rental income but owe no tax on my wages however, TT was not completely intuitive in the process. As a military member, the non-resident tax documents have always given me a tough time, just wish there was a tool out there for this specific situation, which is common for military.
