Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax Deluxe is a terrible deal TurboTax had me pay an extra $150, did not direct me to any of the refund I found out online I could access. Asked the representative repeatedly how to get a larger refund as I knew several colleagues with same life conditions and salary were getting thousands, he said "fill the boxes." He left the chat multiple times as we spoke. Far too many steps, especially at the end, not streamlined overall. Very poor experience.
