The program is fairly straightforward and the help features have answered my questions. I realize the program is built to avoid users from having to see a lot of the background info involved with the tax process, but sometimes it seems a bit too remote to understand how the program is putting all the math together. I have used the Live Tax experts on several occasions, and that is a great feature to get the assistance I needed very quickly and ease any concerns I may have about my tax return submission.
