Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax organizes everything - makes filing easy I always buy the optional $60 service of having TurboTax agent represent me in the event that my tax return is audited. Last Dec I received an audit notice for my 2019 return. The Tax Audit agent took care of everything. Send copy of audit notice and they took it from there. I didn't have to deal with the IRS, just answer my agent's questions.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Used Turbo Tax for years with no problems til now Program was problematic. Hung up with the download of investments. Four investments had zero base costs and these were not recognized as issues and were left blank on the Turbotax side. Your 3rd level assistant solved the problem by going into each transaction (several pages) to find these and enter a zero amount which solved the problem, but I was on the phone a total of approximately 9 hours over two days to solve the problem. Next, filing was rejected with stated reason that adjusted gross income doesn't match IRS records so in checking their transcript, verified that number is correct so am refiling today in hopes that this time it is accepted.
