Rated 1 out of 5 by from Price not transparent I bought this version from Amazon and it said State Tax included. At the end, Turbo still asked me to pay $25 for the e-filing. The price is not transparent. I feel bad taht Turbo is not honest about what customer should pay for the service.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hidden Costs I remember at one point TurboTax used to be free. Now there's hidden fees and costs that do not give you the option to opt out. I will be looking for a different service in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Makes My Life Easier Turbo Tax will ask you for the info they need. You do have to have all your figures together ahead of time ie: Your deductions for charities, expenses for medical, dental, church or whatever you want to itemize. Usually, the standard deduction is better. If you have a question on a particular item, they usually provide an explanation right on the screen. I've been using them for 3 or 4 years now and I think it is worth it.
