Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax actually provides info I was going to use HR block because they were having a deal, but I didn’t have half the documents that TurboTax requested. TurboTax also explains the steps, where the numbers come from & what your inputting & why.

My problem, however, has to do with the UAW-GM Legal Services Plan. In the past the Plan has issued a W-2 form, but now sent a 1099-MISC. The program does not know how to handle this benefit. It requires digging through the help files online for a solution, usually from an expert. This can be quite time consuming and sometimes does not work.
