Rated 3 out of 5 by from Doesn't know what it knows Overall, it does the job, but has some really irritating blunders. The first problem was it will only run under Windows 10; the compute I have used for years to do my taxes runs Windows 7. OK, I realize it is not as secure, but give me the choice to use it. I had to borrow my wife's computer to do my taxes, and find and transfer last year's taxes. If this had not been an option, I would have had to go out an buy a new computer, a time-consuming task even if I was OK with it, which I was not. Next, in three different cases (two Federal, the other State), even though I imported last year's return, it asked me for information that was in the imported return. The first time, it asked me if I took the standard deduction the previous year. In wo more cases it asked me for the amount of my state tax refund from the previous year. I had to open up the returns from the previous year (three times!) in order to get this info myself. So what do these guys do year after year? They aren't improving the software from what I can tell!
