Rated 3 out of 5 by from kept hitting a "Snag" the program would keep hitting a "Snag" and I would have to reload. I would take three steps forward and then the system display "We hit a Snag" and the spinning wheel would spin and spin with no results. I would have to reload my computer and the Turbtax program would take me back two steps that I would have repeat.

The program gets better each year and the tax programmers are, somehow, miraculously, able to keep up with the Donkey Dance every year Congress decides that we Americans need to contribute a little more to the Greater Good. My hat's off to Intuit because you help me file the best Income Tax Return. Thanks!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from THE WORST I have been using TurboTax for many years, probably ten, and this was the worst experience I have encountered. Why did TurboTax require returning to the 2019 return so many times this year when it was transferred to the 2020 return? This was very annoying to close the 2020, open the 2019, find the date, close the 2019, rep-open the 2020 only to find that three steps later you had to repeat this. Not to mention that I had to update the 2019 software twice to get this data. Totally ridiculous. The taxes were already filed.
