This year TurboTax would not let me eFile my federal return because my wife had 2 different disbursements from her employer with 2 different employer state ID numbers. It consumed a lot of time and energy to create a work around that should have not been necessary

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Had some problems I usually have a couple of problems with Turbo Tax, but this year was worse for some reason. It crashed when I tried to enter It's Deductible and lost part of what I'd entered. Never could get to It's Deductible, which I think also happened last year. It just always crashed. I had to enter in the Turbo Tax program, which wasn't a big deal. The other thing that happened was when I efiled my taxes. Seemed to go through fine. I hadn't heard anything for a couple of days so went back to the program. It had returned to the first screen of E-filing, and when I checked it said I'd never e-filed. I had to resume where it flipped back to and E-file again. Haven't checked to see if it worked this time. I would also advise to look over all the forms in the actual form format first. I've caught a few minor errors that way. I didn't see any of those this year, however. Hope I didn't miss anything.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is good There were a few confusing steps but otherwise fairly easy to plug in all the information. For the most past the process guides you through everything step by step and can easily go back and change or fix any errors or anything you may have missed.
