Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very problematic and troublesome experience First, even though I deleted several 1099-R forms from my 2020 return in the beginning of preparation, upon final review it wanted me to fill them in so in the final review I needed to delete the forms again. Next, even though I filled in certain information received on 1099-R forms, in the final review the TurboTax software changed the Payer information so I needed to correct it. This later problem occurred on 2 forms. Next, I wanted to apply part of our 2020 refund to our 2021 taxes but it would not allow me without going through the entire process of estimating my 2021 taxes. At the end it said I would not owe taxes so there was no need to apply any money to 2021 ES. Then I called and had a live turbotax rep try to help me with this later issue but she was unable to do so. Next, I originally signed up for Max and PAID the $50, however when it came time to finalize the return, the software wanted me to share certain information that would eventually go to TurboTax's Max partner that included Experian and another company whose name I cannot recall and I denied their access but now I'll have to apply for a refund of the $50 fee I paid. I will not use this method of completing my tax returns again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is awesome. Turbo tax allows me to do my own taxes and feel confident. I needed to call and get help and the tax expert was very friendly and professional. He walked me through and in minutes my taxes were complete, verified and e-filed! How great is that. I feel like I was working with an old friend. The step by step allows you to go at your own pace and the checks make you feel like you are your own tax expert.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is the best! This year I needed to do Turbo Tax live because of changes with finances and moving last year. I had the best experience with my expert Brittany. It was very simple to upload all of my documents. She asked me questions. The convenience of not having to schedule an appointment was what I needed. I didn't have to take time out of my schedule. She was available if I had any questions and the turn around time for completing my taxes was more than I anticipated. I don't know if I will ever go back to doing them myself again!
