I had questions regarding what some of the terms or requests for information were. She helped me through all of them.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax should be renamed No Live Help Tax The product does what it says in that it is a straight forward fairly easy way to do your taxes. HOWEVER its help center offers little help. Both my returns were rejected and I was only once able to talk to a live specialist (3 tries) who proceeded to hang up on me. I received absolutely NO help personally or on line. Have used it for several years. Probably won't use it again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from turbo tax 2020 I have used TT for years and find it is efficient however I am finding it is becoming less user friendly and I would have greatly appreciated being notified (as a registered user) when forms were updated for the 2021 CARES act changes. I tried to adjust my state taxes by overriding the program and adding to Schedule M and I couldn't do it. So I waited for the update but I had to Google search daily to find out when the updates occured. You have my email and send me lots of promotional info so I don't think it would have been too difficult to update me whenever the 2021 updates occured. Over all it is easier to use a tax program but I find it difficult to get help (scrolling through pages and pages of on line forums) if I have exceptions or to find and correct errors if I accidently hit the wrong answer to a question in the step-by-step.
