This was only my 2nd year filing on my own (online) and 2020 brought on many anxiety-inducing complications to deal with. I was connected with a Live Expert (Donna) and she dedicated 30 minutes to walking me through each section and increased my refund, by hundreds, with her knowledge. I am SO very thankful for her service and expertise. I feel like she put the same effort into helping me, a novice client, as she would into helping a family member or colleague. If I could rate higher, I would!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax saved the day! I had a very unique issue with filing my taxes this year. I had to speak with 3 different specialists and CPA’s. Even though it was the strangest issues any of them had encountered, they were able to resolve my issues and file my taxes.
