Rated 3 out of 5 by from efile returns rejected We efiled Federal and Va tax returns and they were rejected. Also, couldnt get Pa to efile so we are mailing it in. You charged me $25 for each state to efile and now we couldn't do it. I should be refunded the $50.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Major error in 2020 version After spending a lot of money to file electronically in two states and Federal taxes, system would not let me do it and 4 hours on telephone with Turbo Tax did not fix the problem. Wouldn't let me file without W-2s but I HAD NO W-2s.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Software Install is Better This is the first time I've filed online and not installed the software on my machine via DVD or download. I would NOT do it again even if I had to buy a physical DVD from the store. The web page timed out while I as retrieving information from my investment company or took a break for a while. This happened too often or me. In addition the online version didn't seem to be aware of my last return filed with Turbo Tax, which is stored on my computer.
