Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Interface I have been using Turbo Tax for years now to efile my IRS and California income taxes. This 2020 I decided to use their expert service and had a professional do my taxes. The expert was great but what I was disappointed in was the difficulty to download or to even find the past year tax returns to download. The interface is not intuitive to a casual user of Turbo Tax. I even got support to tell me how to download past tax returns but what was displayed in the guide did not match what was in front of me as I followed their guide to download past tax returns. I eventually got the past tax returns and downloaded them. How I did it is still a mystery to me. I wish that Turbo Tax just lay out the interface where you can download your past or current returns without goin through hoops trying to figure out their interface.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax makes my life easier ! Just started using Turbo Tax for two years and am amazed at how simple it is if you have all the right forms . Free senior service has been out since Covid and decided to try Turbo last year. I plan on using it from now on. Also had to have assistance via phone today and person was very pleasant and helpful. Much Appreciated!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Thanks TurboTax It was very simple and easy to do my taxes this year! I was able to get through the whole process with minimal issues and questions. Whenever I did have a question it was easy to find the answer and resolve my issue. The only thing that I didn't like was when I agreed to pay for their services out of my refund they charged me another $40 after the website telling me it was going to be $80. I feel like they should tell you the whole cost upfront, not just part of it. I don't think it's fair that they take an extra $40 out of my refund.
