Rated 5 out of 5 by from The only way to file I have been using Turbotax for many years and have never had a problem with my tax returns. This year was a bit more complex since I moved to another stat mid-year but Turbotax made the whole multi-state return process easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So glad I could talk to an advisor! This is my 8th year using Turbo Tax and I couldn’t be happier with their service. This year I had two issues that I had to make phone calls for and the advisors were extremely helpful. I sold inherited property that had been used as rental property and I also dissolved my business. One issued required a 4797 form and the other required deleting information. Both issued were resolved quickly. Thank you!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Install problems on Win10 Had a major problem with install on Win10. problem was due to high resolution of screen unable to display install pop up. Had to resort to reducing screen resolution. Phoned tech support who were unable to answer my question about the resolution change. Poorly written program in my opinion for Win 10. May consider an alternate in for 2021
