Rated 3 out of 5 by from took a while but got it done live experts were helpful it would be nice to be able to see and edit the actual schedules (for example there was no where I could see the actual forms without printing to see how amounts were calculated. also i would have liked to designate a third party to discuss my return if there were issues but there was no way add this to the return.

I started using turbo tax 3 years ago after having a horrible experience with the incompetent franchise tax board personnel/. Only a fool would move to California

I paid for the software-it was deluxe-and I still had to pay $25 to efile the state and an additional $40 for some other fee for a total of $65 before I logged out. I am totally unclear what the $40 was for and thought the state was free. Not happy!
