I was waiting for it to be sent, but after waiting for a month, I called for help. Kimberly, a wonderful agent, not only helped me correct my tax return so that I didn't need the form, but she was patient, clear, and very kind in her handling of my problem. She has the kind of personality that makes such an experience actually pleasant, and she is very knowledgeable.
