Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is good but has quirks that use up time Overall like the program and recommend it. One area of improvement that would really help - education. It is not great when it comes to education and correctly estimating tax credits. It tries to automate the process, but after selecting one, it does not correctly adjust the amount used towards the credit chosen. The result, if you do not manually fix it, is that you may pay a little more in taxes. The interview process for education is also not that easy to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is a great experience. This is my 3rd year using TurboTax. I waited till the end to ask advice from the live experts. Belinda was great at answering my questions. Next year, I'll want to have live expert during the submitting of my taxes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Could Be Better My review is based on my experience from a combination of this year and last year. I was able to complete both years, however, I NEVER received my taxes from last year. I called the IRS and Turbotax and I only went through to recordings with the IRS and with Turbotax I was told that they do not have anything stating I filed taxes with them. This is strange because they sure contacted to pay via bank account when they didn't receive the money through direct payments. Also, I told the agent that I have paperwork from Turbotax so that should be proof that I did file. When I asked to speak with a manager I was transferred to another agent that didn't help and hung up the phone. I know it isn't important to anyone else besides myself if I receive my funds or not. As a company I expected more compassion and empathy to attempt to assist me with matters. I hope I am able to get my refunds from this year and last year soon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Time User I was hesitant to use TurboTax, but it has walked me through each and every step wit ease. It also gives you extra information on what choices you are making before hand...just to be sure! I love that. I am very satisfied with my process here and will be using this again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Does not handel extension errors at all Uggh. Filed an extension. Got a success message. The next day I get an email that the extension was rejected by IRS. I log back into Turbo Tax -- NO IFNO ON STATUS of rejection, no way to file new extension, no indication if payment went through. Crapppppy!
