I had to call several times because I encountered folks who didn't have much of a clue. Also, some of the specialists asked me a lot of information to share my screen, while others just sent me a request. Really patchy specialist help.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Could be better The only time there is a clear breakdown of what you will be charged is at the end and that's where they tack on a bunch of stupid service fees. Additionally you give me options to pay my state taxes out of my bank but then make me change it to a paper check at the end.

Although, I must admit I am a returning customer and I have had issues in the past, which were resolved without too much fuss. This year's experience is as most have been in the past. It walked me through the "Tax" process with ease. In less than 1 hour my 2020 Taxes..., done!
