Rated 3 out of 5 by from Difficult Started with TurboTax Deluxe. I was hooked on Live. Had to delete hours of work and start over into Deluxe. After I paid, saw you had my home phone as mobile which can not receive text. Did not allow me to correct it. Would not allow me to request email notification.

Turbo Tax goes beyond my expectation with suggestions and more help. I've used it for over 10 years and it keeps improving for the best experience one can have while filing their taxes.

Contacted live chat and she did a great job guying me through this issue. I requested she forward this problem appropriately. She said the problem was currently being addresed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Do your taxes yourself and save money I've been using Turbo Tax for many, many years with great satisfaction. After you have collected all your information (what would also need to do if you wanted a professional to do your taxes) you can use Turbo Tax and save the accountant's fee. You also have access to all the calculations that were made to arrive at your tax which gives you the satisfaction that everything was done right.
