Rated 5 out of 5 by from First time user I'm newly divorced and my husband had done our taxes for years. I read the reviews and settled on Turbo Tax because it sounded more transparent than the others. I'm very pleased with what I could accomplish with a very complicated tax situation

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax wasn't quite as turbo as I would like the In the beginning it felt like it was great but by the end it wouldn't process it took forever I pressed the online chat 100 times couldn't get that to work after like 3 hours later finally got it processed how to sign up for a savings account I really didn't want but at least they're filed

All in all my experience was smooth...I did encounter one unclear issue which was how to claim my Long Term Care Insurance premium on my NYS return without itemizing my Federal Return. Although the issue was ultimately resolved by posting the question on Turbo Tax this needs to be addressed and made clear for future use.
