Rated 4 out of 5 by from COULD NOT FILE WITHOUT TURBO TAX I would not be able to file on my own without Turbo Tax. The interview process is awesome. My only criticism is the calculation of the final tax amount is not not well documented.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbotax live experience Live tax help was convenient but was too pricey. If you have the patience and knowledge, I believe filing yourself is more worthwhile. My brother was offered the same service but at a cheaper rate. He filed by himself at the end but I was surprised there is a discrepancy from customer to customer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from e file accepted agent gave me correct info on how to get federal return accepted.IT WAS REJECTED BECAUSE OF AGI INFO WHICH WAS CORRECT.THE AGENT STATED TO PUT IN 0.00 AND IT WAS FINALLY ACCEPTED SOME TYPE OF GLITCH WITH IRS
