Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax got the job done... but forgot my discoun So the person helping me was awesome - no complaints whatsoever there. She was knowledgeable, and while it took a few days to get my taxes figured out, the process was so much less stressful because it was 90% in her hands and I just had 10% of me answering her questions via messages. Very streamlined! However, I had signed up for the Live Full Service after clicking on a promotional email for 50% off... a 50% off that TurboTax decided to conveniently forget when I got done and had to pay. I'm sure that it was because the day I finished my returns was AFTER the promo's limit, but I started my taxes BEFORE that, when it was still in effect, and I didn't exactly have control over how long the process would take. The person who did my taxes did her best to help, but the system feels like it was working against us - I'm still waiting to see if I get the full 50% off. I did get 20% off, but that's obviously less than the promo promised (and the 50% off was the #1 reason why I tried to Full Service option this year). It's made me pretty distrustful.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from LIED! I WANT ANSWERS i WAS WALKED THROUGH IT--IT SAID OUR FEDERAL RETURN WAS 2248 AND WE BANKED ON RELIED THAT MONEY WOULD BE HERE IN 3 WEEKS OR SO...NO WE GOT A LETTER THAT SAID WE ONLY GET 148--- I WANT OT UNDERSTAND WHY!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Taxes I've been using Turbo Tax for the past 10 years and I've never had any issues. My husband and I have simple taxes: we both works W2's, we own a house, etc. nothing crazy. We don't have stocks or any types of assets, so this online version works great for us.
