Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Review This was quite a rather swift and convenient experience. The reason I marked down 1 star, is because I didn't use any of the live turbo tax features yet they still charged me $199 and wouldn't let me opt out of it. Now I am big sad.

Most of our communication was done be chat as I do not use my telephone for internet communication. I appreciated his patience and courtesy as he worked with me to get this return filed.
