Rated 3 out of 5 by from Problems this year. I have always enjoyed using the product until this year After two attempts I finally thought all was correct. Each attempt gave me a different amount although the same figures were entered except for a $25 charitable gift I discovered I had listed last year. The difference that I owed was over $200 . On the final attempt the $600 credit for the EIP payment I have not received appeared This resulted in a refund based on the higher tax payment. I filed electronically this year since I did not need to write a check, The filing was rejected because of a wrong number. You say it is my adjusted AGI. That is not the case. I have double checked this. It must be the pin number but you provide not information on how to correct this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always great! Need additional Features Always a great experience! As my situation gets more complex TurboTax always makes it easy for me to understand. Then only feature lacking for me was an easy way to import multiple investment accounts from the same brokerage. I had to manually input data for second investment account I maintain for charitable contributions. Also when I first attempted to add the second account it imported my first account data again which could shock someone as it doubled my capital gains and I had to manually delete the second import. An undo feature would be nice for situations like that too.
