Rated 1 out of 5 by from 2020 Software Extremely Buggy! Lots of problems with software. Wouldn't let me e-file even thought I confirmed last year's AGI. Software crashed continually when I the program tried to take me to checkout page to pay for state e-file. Human customer service is NON-EXISTANT! I've used TurboTax for over 15 years, but 2020 will be my last!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great for "easy" filers, go elsewhere if not Turbo Tax has been great for filing taxes for incomes from my job and my side business for the past several years. Fast, very little headache or stress, up until I moved from WV to MD. It was fine filing the year that I moved with partial residency, but filing for the follwing years while working in WV and living in MD (a state that has reciprocity with WV) puts me in a weird loop where I file for special non-residency in WV but on final review, Turbo Tax takes issue with that and won't allow me to proceed, even though the information on the form is correct. It also won't allow me to remove WV as a state in which I file my returns. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with, on top of paying to file a state return for WV when I don't actually need to. Next year, I'll probably go to H&R Block or a local tax prep place.
